We are a full service Estate Sale company, based in Los Angeles, California.
We cover anywhere from Orange to Ventura County. Not only do we offer a full service estate sale platform, we also offer buyout and cleanout services.
We never charge any fee upfront, and the initial consultation is always free.
How We Work
A step by step simple process
1. Schedule Your Consultation
Reach out to us and we’ll set a consultation time that fits your schedule.
2. Property Walk-Through & Valuation
You’ll give us a tour of your property, and we’ll assess and determine the value of the items you want to sell.
3. Create the Plan
We’ll discuss the game plan, confirm the commission rate, sign the contract, and set the timeline for your estate sale.We never charge upfront — we work entirely on commission. Higher-value estates receive lower commission rates.
4. Conduct the Estate Sale
We handle everything involved in running a successful sale at your home.
5. Optional Home Cleanout
After the sale, we can arrange a full cleanout through our trusted third-party partner.This service is optional and billed separately. You may also choose to keep remaining items or handle this stage yourself.
6. Final Payment & Report
Within 7 business days after the sale ends, you’ll receive your check along with a full breakdown of the results.
